Here's the most frequent questions we receive from our customers:

  1. Where's my order?

    Delivery can take up to 3-5 weeks. If it is still less than 5 weeks, please be patient. 

    If however, your order has not been delivered after 8 weeks, we will refund your payment.

  2. Why can delivery times take so long?

    To ensure high quality products, some of our merchandise are sourced in different countries.  This can occasionally affect delivery times.

  3. I've changed my mind, I would like to cancel my order, what do I do?

    No problem! You have 24 hours to cancel your purchase from the time of order. Simply, send us an email and we will cancel your item and refund your payment.

  4. My items arrived at different times, why?

    We deal with many different high quality suppliers and each one takes care of a specific product. When ordering more than 1 item, items may arrive in different packages and at different times (some will be faster, others slower). 

    If you order more than 1 of the same product, then it will be delivered in the same package.

  5. How do I know if my order is being delivered or not?

    Online tracking will be available shortly to our customers.  For now, simply email xxxxx and we will let you know the status of your order.

  6. Do you ship Worldwide?

    We only ship to the UK currently.  This is soon to change.

  7. My item is damaged, can I get a refund?

    Without a doubt. We thrive on great customer service. If your item(s) are damaged in transit, simply email us at xxxxx and we're let you know the procedure - it's easy with no fuss. 

  8. I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?

    Please contact us via email within 15 days from receiving your order. We're let you know the procedure - it's quick and simple. Please be aware, the cost of delivery to send your item(s) back to us cannot be refunded.
